Volunteer application will go live in early August for 2017!
We’re looking for folks who are eager and willing to join our team and help make the Lost Sierra Hoedown fun, organized and sustainable. There are many positions available, so grab a friend and get involved. We need help welcoming and greeting Hoedowners, checking in artists, teaching and inspiring sustainable camping, driving the passenger and gear shuttles and much more.
• To score yourself an all access ticket to the Lost Sierra Hoedown, you just need to work three 4-hour shifts.
• To create a smoother experience for all volunteers, volunteers must submit a deposit to the Lost Sierra Hoedown. The $100 deposit ensures that more volunteers will actually show up and complete their shifts, so all of us can scramble a little bit less and enjoy the Hoedown a little bit more. We’ll email a payment link as soon as we have placed you with a crew, which should be within 2 weeks of application.
• Volunteers that successfully complete their shifts will have a $ 90 refund processed via PayPal within 30 days of the end of the Hoedown. A $10 volunteer processing fee will be retained to handle PayPal fees, etc.
